At Eastlake, we call our small groups Crews. They meet all across our city at different times and with different people. Some study the Bible, some gather socially, and others connect around a shared age or life stage, like our legendary Creaky Joints crew (we love them).
So the natural question is… how do you find your Crew?
That’s where our Becoming Environments come in. These are three simple spaces designed to help you grow and connect naturally. We’ve learned that real community isn’t forced or fast-tracked, it’s built over time.
You might be invited into a Crew by someone you meet along the way, but rather than handing you a menu of groups, we focus on helping you build genuine relationships first. From there, Crews form organically, from the ground up.
