Senior Minister

The function of the Senior Minister is to give the vision, strategic leadership and teaching to the staff and the church, using wisdom and discernment to ensure that our church remains on a true biblical direction.

Eldership Team

The role of the elders is to provide accountability and support for the senior pastor so that he can mobilize the members to do ministry.

Financial Oversight

Eastlake Church Inc. is a non-profit organisation under the leadership and oversight of the senior minister, elders and business administrator.

Before the beginning of each calendar year a comprehensive budget is compiled for the elders to review. The business manager works with the senior minister to compile the budget that reflects the vision and mission of the Church. During the year, the Business manager monitors the progress of the church with the approved budget and ensures that all internal procedures are being followed.
